Availability

You will receive notification 48-hours prior to your installation. Once installed, your service will be available for immediate use. Because installation across the community will occur in phases, billing will not begin until all residents have been installed and activated—allowing you to enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi during this time.

Installation & Setup

No installation will be required by you, once the community installation is complete—your apartment will be Wi-Fi ready.

  • Current Wi-Fi customers with the bulk provider: You will no longer pay the provider directly. Your monthly Wi-Fi service will instead be billed through IRT.
  • Residents without current Wi-Fi service: You will be prompted to set up your Wi-Fi account at your next lease renewal. Residents may also choose to enroll before renewal if they would like to begin service sooner.
  • Residents who signed the new Wi-Fi Addendum: You will receive at least 30 days' notice before Wi-Fi billing begins.

Yes! You can rename your network, change the password, and even set up guest Wi-Fi—all from the Spectrum app.

Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is now a standard service included with your new lease at one flat price. This ensures every resident enjoys reliable, hassle-free internet as part of their living experience.

If you currently receive Wi-Fi through the community's bulk service provider, the installer will remove the existing modem and router during installation and return the equipment to the provider.

If you are using another internet provider, you should cancel your service and return your equipment after your new community Wi-Fi service has been activated and set up.

The community-wide network is designed to be secure and reliable for most professional uses, including remote work in sensitive fields. All apartment homes have private, password-protected networks. Separate internet service will not be available; however, hard wired connections are supported.
