The health and well-being of our residents and associates remains a top priority as we navigate together through these uncertain and difficult times. While our communities are an essential business, we have made several operational changes to help protect our associates, residents, prospective residents, vendor partners and guests visiting our sites. The changes below will continue in effect until otherwise advised by the CDC.

Leasing Office Hours:

Our leasing offices are now open, however we will continue practicing proper social distancing as recommended by the CDC and ask that you schedule an appointment prior to your visit. We’re excited to see you, but we’re sensitive to the number of people in our office at any given time. When you do visit, you’ll notice we’ve taken several precautionary measures to support social distancing efforts including, but not limited to:

Additionally, our office and maintenance teams will be required to wear face coverings and we ask that all residents and guests do the same when visiting our leasing office for their own safety and the safety of our associates . If you are unable to wear a face covering, we are happy to schedule time to chat with you virtually.

Virtual Leasing & Self-Guided Tours:

We understand that even during difficult times, housing remains a priority for our residents and prospective residents. As such, we can provide virtual experiences to accommodate you – whether you’re looking to make a move to/from a IRT Living community. If you are interested in learning more about moving into a IRT Living community, please contact the leasing office to schedule a virtual or self-guided tour experience that fits your needs. You may also visit our community websites for 3D floorplans, community photos and interactive walking tours*.

Amenity and Common Spaces:

We’re pleased to reopen our swimming pool and fitness center spaces to our residents*. We understand the value our amenities provide to our residents and are delighted to offer this space for enjoyment. In order to continue to keep these amenities open, residents are required to cooperate with the all posted rules and requirements posted while maintaining proper social distancing. All other amenity spaces remain closed until further notice.

Maintenance Work Orders:

Work orders will be addressed as quickly as possible and should be submitted by calling the community leasing office, emailing the community or submitting via the Resident Portal.

Resident Communications:

More than ever, it’s critical we are able to share important information with you on events impacting our residents and community. If you have not already signed up to receive emergency notifications from our team, please do so today. You may register for the Resident Portal here. Please contact the leasing office for a registration code prior to registering.
