Preparing for Move-In

Once you’re approved, it’s time to contact the leasing office to schedule a time to pick up the keys to your new home! During this visit, you'll also need to pay your deposit and provide a copy of your ID(s), proof of rental insurance, and verification of utilities. Finally, be sure to sign your move-in condition form 48 hours after your move-in to complete your move-in experience.

Once you’re settled in and are enjoying your new home, connect with us on the Resident Portal to easily submit maintenance requests, make payments, and check your balances. We’re happy you’re here!

Renewing

It’s Time to Renew!

We hope you enjoy your time as an IRT Living resident as much as we enjoy having you. Approximately four months before your lease expires, you will receive a “pre-renewal” survey to complete. The information you provide will help us better understand your experience and make any necessary improvements. At least two months prior to your lease expiration, you will receive notification from our leasing office on your renewal options. It’s our job to make sure you are comfortable, so we’ll do what we can to make the decision for you to renew an easy one!
